The Conference

Schedule:

1. The conference will last approximately 90 minutes.
   1. Introductions 2 min.
      1. Each class will give a 1 min. introduction about their class. Each class can choose whatever information they would like to share.
   2. Class A Question Session 10 min.
      1. Class A will present their discussion questions that they developed in preparing for the conference.
      2. After EACH question, Class B will elect representatives to use text details to respond.
   3. Class B question session 10 min.
      1. Class B will present their discussion questions that they developed in preparing for the conference.
      2. After EACH question, Class A will elect a representative to use text details to respond.
   4. Class A Setting Session 5 min.
      1. Class A will present their representation(s) of the setting.
   5. Class B Setting Session 5 min.
      1. Class B will present their representation(s) of the setting.
   6. Class A Mystery Character Session 10 min.
      1. Class A will present their clues using characteristics about a character - 5 min.
      2. Class B will make a guess as to who the character is and give their rationale - 2 min.
      3. Class A will reveal who their character actually was. 2 min.
   7. Class B Mystery Character Session 10 min.
      1. Class B will present their clues using characteristics about a character - 5 min.
      2. Class A will make a guess as to who the character is and give their rationale - 2 min.
      3. Class B will reveal who their character actually was. 2 min.
   8. Class A Plot/Conflict Session 10 min.
      1. Class A will perform and explain their conflict skit.
   9. Class B Plot/Conflict Session 10 min.
      1. Class B will perform and explain their conflict skit.
   10. "Picking up the Pieces" 15 min.
       1. This will be a time for each class to ask for clarification or further explanation of each other.
          1. Classes may wish to share what they like best/worst about the experience.
          2. Classes may wish to ask further questions about each other.
          3. Etc.
